Tuesday General Session, 10/3OnBase 23.1 – Additions and Improvements In this release, Hyland is focusing on easing solution adoption, empowering administrators as users themselves and growing role-based features focusing on elements such as job task, terminology and usage patterns. Why upgrade?New products made available:
- App Builder: Shape interfaces, customize terminology, implement persona-based and tailored user-experiences.
- Microsoft Office Add-In: Import email and attachments into OnBase directly from web-based versions of Outlook. This means that Outlook no longer needs to be installed as a desktop client. This update will also incorporate new indexing features and alerts for when a document has already been imported.
- New Capture features.
- Upgrades to the OnBase Web Server.
- Admin Portal Updates.
- Web Client – Native PDF Support (text search, apply notes and annotations, interact with hyperlinks and bookmarks).
