Help Desk Support
This is a part-time position, with potential for full-time after six months.
A Help Desk Support Analyst is responsible for fielding and resolving external customers’ issues by utilizing internal systems, troubleshooting utilities, and support processes. The position requires close communication with multiple departments while maintaining issue ownership. The analyst must develop proficiency in documentation as well as develop the ability to work independently on support issues all while following departmental policies.

November 12, 2021 – In Doylestown, Pennsylvania, five Veteran and First Responder couples were wed free of charge during the county’s Vows & Veterans ceremony. Paperless Solutions was thrilled to support the newlyweds and the Bucks County Register of Wills in this endeavor by providing a delicious buffet lunch.
